Pairs well with
Beechwood finger donut – handmade in Vienna. Compact training tool for targeted individual finger and grip strength training – lighter than a mobile phone.
- Diameter: 6 cm
- Rope: 6 mm
- Beechwood with rounded, skin-friendly edges
- Rope color: Black-grey or rainbow
For climbers who want to warm up quickly and effectively, and for anyone looking to specifically strengthen individual weaker fingers. Fits into any chalk bag.
Individual finger training: Attach a light weight to the donut and lift it with individual fingers – trains weak fingers specifically.
Warm-up: Move your fingers with a resistance band or a light weight before climbing.
Progressive increase: Increase the weight in small steps – fingers and tendons adapt more slowly than muscles.
Your finger donut comes with a 5-year guarantee. This does not cover normal wear and tear – for example the rope, which is considered a wearing part. However, should something break or become unstable within the 5 years, we will gladly repair it for you – handmade in Vienna. Your statutory rights remain unaffected; simply contact us with your proof of purchase.
Check the donut and rope for damage and wear before every training session. Do not continue to use if any irregularities are found.
So pflegst du dein Holzgerät:
