Heel-elevated squats: Stand with your heels on the wedge and your toes on the floor. This keeps your upper body more upright and works the front of your thighs harder.

Calf stretch: Stand with the balls of your feet on the high side of the wedge and slowly lower your heels toward the floor. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds.

Goblet squat and split squat: Even with added weight, the wedge gives you a stable base for clean repetitions.

Non-slip: Cork gives your feet a secure grip – even barefoot and when sweaty.

Wipe the wedge with a slightly damp cloth as needed and let it air dry. Do not store it permanently in direct sunlight or directly against a radiator. Variations in color and texture are typical for this natural material.

Always place the wedge on a level, non-slip surface and stand on it fully with both feet. Increase weight and depth in squats gradually.
