Large Cork Yoga Block – extra surface area, extra support. At 22.5 × 15 × 10 cm, this large block offers noticeably more surface area and height than a standard block – ideal if you need more support in certain poses or want to go deeper into stretches.

• Dimensions: 22.5 × 15 × 10 cm
• Compressed cork – dimensionally stable and durable
• Sturdy yet lightweight
• Non-slip, pleasantly warm surface
• Made in Portugal from a renewable raw material

For anyone who finds a standard block too low – such as those with limited mobility, in restorative poses, or for taller individuals. Also serves as a stable seat elevation for meditation and breathing exercises.

Supported Bridge (Setu Bandhasana): Place the block under your sacrum and let your pelvis rest – the extra height allows for a deeper opening.

Supported Chest Opener: Lay the block lengthwise under your upper back – the larger surface provides stable, comfortable support.

Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana): Sit on the block to slightly tilt your pelvis – the additional height makes stretching easier.

Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana): Use the block to support your hand – its size brings the floor closer and gives you more security in your balance.

Non-slip, even when sweaty: Cork absorbs moisture instead of letting it sit on the surface. Your block remains grippy, no matter how intense your session gets.

Pleasant, warm feel: Cork feels natural – no cold plastic, no uncomfortable foam.

Durable and dimensionally stable: Compressed cork retains its shape for years, even with daily use.

Sustainable: Cork is a renewable raw material, harvested without felling trees, and is biodegradable.

Wipe the block with a slightly damp cloth as needed and let it air dry. Do not store it permanently in direct sunlight or directly against a heater. Variations in color and texture are typical for this natural material.

Always place the block on a level, non-slip surface and apply weight evenly. It is intended as a prop, not as a step or jumping platform.
