Beechwood pinch block – handmade in Vienna. Compact training tool for targeted pinch strength – at the gym, at the crag, or at home.
- Dimensions: 7.5 × 4 × 9 cm
- 2 different widths for variable difficulty levels
- Beechwood – robust and weather-resistant
- Includes rope, color: Black-Grey or Rainbow
For climbers looking to improve their pinch strength for edges and pinch grips, and for anyone wanting to train thumb and hand strength specifically. If you prefer wider grips, go for the Pinchblock Pro.
Pinch Lifts: Attach weight, grip the block between your thumb and fingers, and lift.
Pinch Holds: Hold with weight for as long as possible – builds grip strength endurance.
Switch widths: Start with the narrow side and switch to the wide side once you can hold it securely.
Your pinch block comes with a 5-year warranty. This does not cover normal wear and tear – for example, the rope, which is considered a consumable part. However, if anything breaks or becomes unstable within the 5 years, we are happy to repair it for you – handmade in Vienna. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; simply contact us with your proof of purchase.
Check the block and rope for damage and wear before every training session. Do not continue to use if you notice any issues. Only lift weights over a clear area.
So pflegst du dein Holzgerät:
