Cork yoga block – non-slip, stable and natural. The block gives you support in standing poses, raises your seated position and helps you go deeper into stretches. Compressed cork from Portugal instead of foam.

• Dimensions: 22.5 × 12 × 7.5 cm
• Compressed cork – dimensionally stable and durable
• Non-slip, pleasantly warm surface
• Light and easy to handle
• Made in Portugal from a renewable raw material

For yoga beginners who need more support in poses, as well as for advanced practitioners working specifically on their mobility. Also ideal for stretching and mobility work after strength or calisthenics training.

Supported chest opener: Place the block under your upper back for a deeper chest stretch.

Half moon pose (Ardha Chandrasana): Place the block under your hand while extending your top leg – this brings the floor closer and makes it easier to find your balance.

Standing forward bend: Hold a block in each hand to deepen the stretch and lengthen your spine.

Seated positions: Sit on the block to tilt your pelvis slightly upright – this relieves the lower back when sitting cross-legged or meditating.

Non-slip, even when sweaty: Cork absorbs moisture instead of keeping it on the surface. Your block stays grippy, no matter how intense your session gets.

Pleasant, warm feel: Cork feels natural – no cold plastic, no unpleasant foam.

Durable and dimensionally stable: Compressed cork keeps its shape for years, even with daily use.

Sustainable: Cork is a renewable raw material, harvested without felling trees, and is biodegradable.

Tip: Need more height and surface area? Take a look at our Large Cork Yoga Block.

Wipe the block with a slightly damp cloth as needed and let it air dry. Do not store it permanently in direct sunlight or directly against a radiator. Variations in color and texture are typical for this natural material.

Always place the block on a level, non-slip surface and load it evenly. It is intended as a prop, not as a step or jumping platform.
