Flat side up: You stand on the flat top while the arched underside tilts – trains balance and stability.
Arched side up: You stand on the rounded side to specifically strengthen the foot muscles.
As a stretching aid: The curve is suitable for stretching calves and feet.
Progression: Start with both feet and support from a wall, later move to one leg and eyes closed.
Your equipment comes with a 5-year warranty. This does not include normal signs of wear on the surface. However, should something break or become unstable within these 5 years, we will gladly repair it for you – handmade in Vienna. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; simply contact us with your proof of purchase.
Check the equipment for damage and wear before every training session and exercise on a non-slip surface with space to step off. Do not use if any issues are detected.
Jedes Holzprodukt fertigen wir in Wien von Hand – aus PEFC-zertifiziertem Holz aus nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft. Die geölte Oberfläche schützt das Holz und sorgt für die warme, griffige Haptik. Mit etwas Pflege begleitet dich dein Gerät viele Jahre.
So pflegst du dein Holzgerät:
- Chalk-Reste und Schmutz mit einem trockenen oder leicht feuchten Tuch abwischen.
- Nach dem Training an der Luft trocknen lassen.
- Nicht dauerhaft im Freien, in direkter Sonne oder direkt an der Heizung lagern.
- Wird die Oberfläche mit der Zeit trocken oder rau: leicht mit feinem Schleifpapier anschleifen und etwas Holzöl auftragen.
Und falls doch einmal etwas ist: Wir reparieren statt zu ersetzen – im Rahmen unserer 5-Jahres-Garantie.
