For anyone wanting to learn or refine their handstand – from the first wall handstand to free handstand walks. The elevated position relieves the wrists and is particularly comfortable for people with sensitive wrists.

Handstand Hold: Hold the handstand on the blocks – the grip position improves balance and finger control.

Pike Push-ups: Bend your arms in an inverted V position – specifically trains shoulders and triceps.

Handstand Push-ups: The blocks allow you to go deeper than on the floor.

Handstand Walk: Move in small steps between the blocks – promotes coordination and core tension.

Your equipment comes with a 5-year warranty. This does not include normal wear and tear – for example, the cork on the bottom, which wears down over time. However, should anything break or become unstable within the 5 years, we will gladly repair it for you – handmade in Vienna. Your statutory warranty remains unaffected; simply contact us with your proof of purchase.

Check the blocks for damage and wear before each training session and place them on a level, solid surface. Do not use if you notice any defects.

We craft every wooden product by hand in Vienna – using PEFC-certified wood from sustainable forestry. The oiled surface protects the wood and provides a warm, tactile feel. With a little care, your device will last you for many years.

How to care for your wooden device:

• Wipe away chalk residue and dirt with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Allow to air dry after training.
• Do not store outdoors for long periods, in direct sunlight, or directly next to a heater.
• If the surface becomes dry or rough over time: lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper and apply a little wood oil.

And if something ever does go wrong: we repair rather than replace – as part of our 5-year warranty.
