Pairs well with

One-arm trainer made of beech wood – handcrafted in Vienna. Developed to learn one-arm pull-ups: use a counterweight to reduce your body weight step by step.

  • Beech wood ball: 7 cm, PEFC-certified
  • Reduced mount for 360° use
  • 6 mm PP rope (Made in EU)
  • Carabiner and pulley from AustriAlpin (Made in Austria)

Hang the pulley from your pull-up bar, attach a weight to the rope, and grab the ball with your free hand. The counterweight takes some of your body weight off. The pulley keeps friction low and ensures a smooth movement.

For advanced users who have mastered proper two-arm pull-ups and are aiming for the one-arm pull-up. Also ideal for specifically training a weaker arm.

Assisted one-arm pull-ups: Start with a heavy counterweight and reduce it progressively until you can pull freely.

Lock-off training: Hold yourself with one arm at different angles – this trains isometric strength in the bent arm.

Correcting imbalances: Start every session with your weaker arm.

There is a 5-year warranty on the wooden ball. This does not cover normal wear and tear – for example, the rope, carabiner, and pulley, which are considered wearing parts. However, should anything break or become unstable within the 5 years, we are happy to repair it for you – handmade in Vienna. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; simply contact us with your proof of purchase.

Check the ball, rope, carabiner, pulley, and suspension for damage and wear before every training session. Do not continue to use if you notice any abnormalities. The counterweight must not hit anyone when released.

So pflegst du dein Holzgerät:
